The service
OneSitePlan assembles a site-specific plan from the answers you supply. For Victoria the document is a Health and Safety Coordination Plan. For the other supported states and territories it is a WHS Management Plan. It is supplied as a draft for site review, consultation and adaptation before use.
Price and payment
The listed price is A$129.00 AUD total for one site-specific filled plan supplied as a clean PDF and editable Word file (DOCX), No GST is charged; the operator is not registered for GST. Stripe provides a payment receipt, not a GST tax invoice. When Checkout is enabled, the review step shows “Pay A$129 — get your plan” and takes you to Stripe-hosted Checkout. A verified payment confirmation unlocks both files from the same submitted answers and template version. Returning from Checkout alone does not confirm payment. The review requirements and disclaimers remain on paid documents.
You can view three fictional sample pages on this website without payment. They are selected images, not a full PDF download or a plan for use. Complete personalised PDF and Word files are released only after our server verifies payment. When payment is unavailable, the form lets you save your details without a charge; saving details does not unlock a document.
Your responsibilities
You must be authorised to provide the submitted information and must check that it is accurate. The responsible duty holders must verify legal obligations, review the document against the actual work, consult workers and any relevant representatives, complete missing information and implement suitable arrangements before a plan is adopted.
OneSitePlan does not inspect the site, verify contractor appointment or competence, locate the nearest hospital, confirm licences, provide technical rescue methods or certify compliance. Statutory duties cannot be transferred to this service.
Jurisdiction and scope
The form’s threshold guidance is an initial aid, not a legal determination. WA uses a headcount-based construction-project definition; Victoria’s A$350,000 boundary requires careful attention to the regulation. Construction value, scope and other requirements must be checked against current law.
The document includes arrangements for collecting and monitoring safe work method statements. It does not generate their bodies and does not replace task-specific assessments, statements, permits, engineering designs or specialist advice.
Review, storage and revisions
Keep an independent copy of any records you need. Saved unpaid details remain accessible for 30 days. Paid download access lasts 365 days from confirmed payment in the same browser. Keep the essential access cookie; clearing browser data can remove download access. See the privacy notice for storage and deletion details. The paid Word file is yours to edit for corrections and ongoing changes to this same project. Export a revised PDF from Word after reviewing your changes. This does not change the original PDF or Word file stored by OneSitePlan. A different site or project requires a new order at A$129. Changing saved form answers and submitting them creates a new order, so use the supplied Word file for same-project edits instead. We do not include automatic regeneration from edited form answers. This policy does not limit remedies for faulty output. The adopted site plan must be communicated, reviewed and kept current throughout the work.
Use of the document
You may download, print, adapt and share a generated plan with people involved in reviewing and managing the relevant project. Do not present it as regulator-approved, professionally certified or a substitute for required advice.
14-day refund promise
For a paid OneSitePlan order, request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you cannot download the purchased files, or the supplied document is missing the jurisdiction sections shown in our published sample pages for that jurisdiction at the time of purchase.
To claim, email OneSitePlan support with your order reference and a short description of the download problem or missing section. There is no fee to make a claim. We will check the order and supplied files and arrange a full refund when either condition is met. Refunds go through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Contact us about any reasonable expenses associated with your claim.
This additional promise covers file delivery and missing sample sections. It is not a promise of client acceptance, regulatory approval or site compliance, and does not cover a change of mind or a different project. It applies to paid purchases; no payment is taken for viewing sample pages or saving details. Your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law are additional to this promise and are not limited to 14 days.
Availability and consumer rights
If Checkout is interrupted, return to the same order and check its payment status before paying again. If you have paid but cannot obtain the document, or believe the service has a fault, contact support and quote the OneSitePlan order reference. Do not send card numbers. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required. Refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
A change of mind after a correctly supplied document is not automatically refundable. This does not restrict remedies for a service that fails an applicable consumer guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Payment does not guarantee client acceptance, regulatory approval or site compliance.
