Common questions
Does this satisfy every council’s CMP requirements?
Council and consent requirements vary. This is a site-specific management document for ordinary residential and small commercial works. Check your conditions and any prescribed council template or supporting plans before purchase and lodgement.
Does it include a certified traffic plan?
It includes access, deliveries, parking and public amenity arrangements. Accredited TMP/TCP drawings, swept paths and road-occupancy approvals are separate where required.
Can I update it later?
Yes. Edit the supplied Word file for this same project, record the revision and export a revised PDF. A different site or a different plan product needs its own order.
Is this a blank template?
Your PDF and Word contain the project details and site arrangements you enter, together with practical management procedures. Working registers remain blank for the actual inspections, events and approvals you record on site.
